Pribinova 40: Another key tenant announced
After the recent opening of the Eurovea shopping centre extension, the growing Eurovea City waterfront district has more good news. Contemporary Pribinova 40 by Apollo Bridge has another major tenant – PosAm, the leading Slovak IT company. This office building therefore already has over 60% occupancy (even prior to issuance of usage approval) and other clients are queuing up to sign on the dotted line.
"We’re bringing Pribinova 34 and Pribinova 40 designer offices to the Eurovea City waterfront district near the Danube in accordance with ESG principles. So I’m pleased to announce another important Pribinova 40 technology-focused client - PosAm. This shows our wide appeal thanks to our wide range, high quality, and optimal locations."
Róbert Tenczer, Director of the JTRE Commercial Real Estate Leasing Department
"When considering our new HQ in Bratislava we sought a reputable developer, technologically advanced buildings, and service quality. An equally important criterion was a location that enabled employees to commute by foot or bicycle, to enjoy green areas and the riverside, and to shop and get everything necessary after work. Eurovea City meets all these criteria."
Marián Marek, CEO of PosAm
